KIDS WHITEWATER KAYAKING
Our kids whitewater program is geared towards children ages 12- 15 who are at home in the water, are good swimmers, and have completed a week Paddling Program and Advanced Kayaking. Our program is designed for fun and learning on the water with an emphasis on safety. Our whitewater week gives your child the opportunity to learn and progress in an environment appropriate for them. Our instructors enhance the learning process with games, team-building exercises, and environmental awareness.

REGISTRATION
Registration is required as class sizes are limited. Payment is due in full at time of registration. Registration may be made online or by calling the shop.

The following forms are required to be filled out and returned to us at least one week prior to your start date.

This class meets at various locations along the Farmington River from New Hartford to East Granby. Download the list of planned put-in and take-out sites. Kids will need to be dropped off and picked up at these locations.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Any cancellations must be made by calling the shop. Cancellations made by June 1 will receive a full refund. Cancellations made after June 1 up to 48 hours before your program starts forfeit a $100 late cancellation fee. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will forfeit entire program fee unless we have a waiting list and can fill your spot(s).

In the event that Collinsville Canoe & Kayak cancels due to lack of enrollment you may reschedule or receive a full refund.

In the event of rain, thunder and lightning, Collinsville Canoe & Kayak instructors will lead indoor rainy day activities. Should there be more than one rain day during the week make up days will be available at the end of the summer.
