We have a 30 day return window (from date of purchase).

Please include the original sales receipt, without it we have to charge you a 25% restocking fee.

All returns must be in new, resellable condition. Used items are non-returnable.

We do not accept returns on installed roof racks.

Shipping:
A. Order Processing- In-stock orders received before 2:00 PM EST will ship the same day. Most orders received after 2:00 PM EST will ship the next business day.
i. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
B. Out of Stock Products- You will be kept apprised via email and/or telephone of any out of stock products in your order.
i. You may cancel your order containing out of stock products at any time before the product ships by notifying us via email or telephone.
C. Shipping Area and Carriers- Most accessory orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Please examine the UPS Ground Shipping Map for timetables within the contiguous United States, Hawaii, and Alaska. The UPS Time in Transit Map also provides a close approximation of USPS transit times.
ii. Orders being sent to US PO Boxes or APO Boxes will be shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail.
iii. Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii- Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii need to be processed manually to ensure that you get the best rate possible. Please call (860-693-6977) Collinsville Canoe & Kayak during business hours for service options and rates.
