The Viking 8 inch Twist Lock Hatch (PTL-8) was common on some Islander, Perception, Hobie and Heritage, some older Seda kayaks, and the Aquaterra Big Kahuna. This was often used to retrofit the Hobie Hinge Hatch. Rim outside diameter was 11 and 3/16 inches. The lid measures 8 1/2 inches in diameter. Deck Cut-out was 9 1/4 inches.
